This is a traditional yoga studio. the instructors are yoga centered. If you are looking for a real challenge in yoga this is the place for you. The studio is spacious, but you will need to get there earlier for the more popular times. They have pleanty of blankets and props for everyone and the intructors are very good at describing the pose and walking around and coaching your form. I wouldn’t reccommend this for begginers, because the students are serious and the level 1 classes are still very hard for a beginner. I know a lot of you are looking for beginner classes and they do have two classes currently on thier schedule, but they really could benifit from a few more beginner classes and adjusting the poses in those classes more for those of us who have no flexibility yet, the older student or the overweight student (did you know the belly gets in the way of childs pose and many others?). Over all this is a good place for yoga and I would reccomend it for those who are past the beginner stage.
