This OnlyFans Creator is in MORE Debt since Joining the Platform

When you think of OnlyFans stars, you tend to think about how much money they make — not how much debt they may have. But making quick money on OnlyFans is a bit like winning the lottery: just because you have more money doesn’t mean you know how to manage any better than you did before.

That’s what Annie Charlotte is finding out the hard way. The 26-year-old grew up on government benefits and had previously only earned minimum wage, but her OnlyFans account took off and she began making over $30,000 a month with her X-rated content.

Yet Charlotte found herself in over $350,000 of credit card debt very quickly because she readily admits that “she didn’t know how to manage it.”

“I was never in debt before OnlyFans, which is crazy because I’ve never made as much as I have as I do now. In my first two years I made $1 million,” she explained in a recent interview.

“Once I started earning this amount I got pretty addicted to partying and spending it how I wanted to.”

Despite making thousands of dollars a month, she found herself spending even more on the weekends as she went out partying, buying expensive designer clothes and accessories, and splurging anytime she wanted to.

“I just kept spending and spending and not thinking about where the money was coming from, and I started racking up credit card debt quickly,” she said.

“I didn’t realize how much debt I was going into because the money was flowing.”

But Charlotte did eventually have to face facts and accept that she had somehow gotten herself into hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, despite making millions of dollars on OnlyFans. And she did not handle it well.

“I’ve been stressed for a long time about it. I had a massive dip where I stopped making money because I got super depressed about how much debt I was in,” she revealed

Watching her income tank made everything feel more real, and Charlotte was finally able to accept her debt and start working on paying it down.

“I kind of got really depressed and stressed, which made me work less. Now I’m feeling better and I’m in the right headspace, and I’m getting a grip on sorting out all my credit card debt,” she said.

In addition to committing to more consistency in her account, she has also created a solid financial plan that she can follow to finally pay off all that debt.

“Now I’m just paying it all back, slowly but surely, and I’m making more money because I’m working harder and feel less stressed about money. It’s crazy that the more stressed you are about money, it seems like the less you make, because you just stress about it.”

As she pays it back, she tries to stay disciplined and live within her means — and that means no more designer clothes or fancy partying like she used to do. And that’s ok with Charlotte.
