I am extremely disappointed in the Jewelry Exchange’s policy of no returns. My husband bought me a very expensive bracelet for Christmas that I don’t want, and it can’t be returned. Now I have a couple thousand dollars sitting in my draw – I could do so much with that money. In this age where EVERYTHING can be returned EVERYWHERE – I will never buy anything at your store and will recommend to all of my friends NEVER to buy anything there. The purchases are too costly to not have the option of return, especially if it was a gift and you didn’t have the chance to agree with such a restrictive policy. I will post this everywhere I can.

I had watched the ads on TV for years about the Jewelry Exchange and finally talkedmy husband into taking me to see what they had. We decided to purchase a diamond solitaire in yellow gold. They didn’t have it in stock, but the clerk assured us he would get one and have it sized for me. A couple of days later Eric picked up the ring ad bought it home. I opened the box and the first thing I noticed was it wasn’t yellow gold. I called and was told to bring it back and they would correct it. Then I looked closely at the stone itself. It is worse than a cubic zirconia. I could have gone to K-Mart and got a better deal than I got at The Jewelry Exchange. I AM SO UPSET WITH THEM I DON’T EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
