I started attending the Pearland Sundance yoga studio about two years ago. As a beginner to yoga, I found the instructors to be very informative, friendly, and helpful. I enjoy the many special events offered in addition to the regular classes. Regardless if you are a beginner or more advanced, the staff make you feel right at home by teaching to all levels. If your looking for a great yoga studio, this is it!

What makes this studio such a gem is the kula (community) that gathers to practice together supported by the same dedicated and well trained teachers as the Friendswood location. Sundance Pearland offers workshops & hosts special events like movie night and I even got my Reiki initiation there. Valerie, owner/teacher, strives to support the student body in their journey to live a healthy, balanced life and her intention is reflected in the other teachers. The studio got a facelift a couple of months ago starring a stunning backlit OM, paintings of air, water, earth & fire and a naturalistic art piece in the retail area where you’ll find yoga clothes for women & men, mats, zafus, books, CD’s, DVD’s. everything you need to support your yoga practice. I love this gem of a yoga studio!
