Our yoga and massage methodology is different from what you’d expect to see at a local gym, spa, or studio. Private therapeutic/medical massage and yoga sessions take into account all of the unique aspects of your own physical history. We will discuss at your first session (and throughout our time working together) your specific perceived limitations and goals. I will use my wealth of teaching knowledge to offer unique sessions geared toward helping you achieve optimal health. Ongoing yoga and bodywork will give you a deeper understanding at the neuromuscular factors that are at play in your body and contribute to your limitations. It will also help you find tools that you can use to masterfully unlock a deeper sense of strength and mobility.
