Naperville Police Arrests for Aug. 3-5

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and news releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 22-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:54 a.m. Aug. 3 in the 500 block of South Main Street.

A 20-year-old woman from Montgomery was arrested on three counts of attempted aggravated battery at 10:31 p.m. Aug. 3 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.

A 20-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on charges of speeding 35 miles over the posted limit, street racing, improper display of license plates or registration stickers, possession of cannabis, and possession of cannabis paraphernalia at 12:04 a.m. Aug. 4 at Washington Street and Hobson Road.

A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 1:51 a.m. Aug. 4 in the 700 block of North Route 59.

A 44-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on two warrants at 10:08 a.m. Aug. 5 in the 1800 block of North Naper Boulevard.

A 39-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 12:45 p.m. Aug. 5 at West 87th Street and Modaff Road.

A 34-year-old man from Buford, Georgia, was arrested on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle at 8:36 p.m. Aug. 5 in the 1200 block of Lily Cache Lane in Bolingbrook.

A 31-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to vehicles at 9:47 p.m. Aug. 5 at West Ogden Avenue and Benedetti Drive.

A 30-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of attempted criminal trespass to vehicles and unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver at 9:48 p.m. Aug. 5 at West Ogden Avenue and Benedetti Drive
