Damages: В• Top of urn broken and hidden in toy box В• Damage on Desk В• Picture with broken glass Items not completed that were asked by us: В• Left wrapping on striped cabinet in game room В• The arch and glass were not put back in china cabinet В• Shelves in bookcase were not reinstalled В• Rug not laid down in family room or patio В• Patio a mess & no cushions placed on chairs В• Left a $350 wooden bar stool outside in the rain В• Wardrobe boxes and 3 regular boxes left outside in rain В• $200 Leather bench was left outside in rain В• High chair tray thrown in box with straw hats which are now crushed В• Umbrellas thrown down В• Took all kids bedding, porcelain dolls and 3 sets of personalized letter (names) that were handmade and threw it all in the crib. These were wrapped and backed in bottom drawer of dresser and they removed them for no reason at all. В• Missing piece in mobile that was later found buried in another box В• No chairs were blanket wrapped В• Never set up guest house and did not move chest into bedroom as asked. Left wrapping on sofa and the sofa cushions were just thrown about В• All boxes were in rooms they were not suppose to be and we had to dolly each of them into the correct rooms В• Boxes that were marked fragile were bent and crushed.
