I found the owner to be very abrupt and not friendly at all. It was like he was dong me a favor to sell me his product. This not to mention the prices were high. Never again for me.

Excellent customer service, someone who obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does. I am happy to have found a good shoe repair guy close to home. Fair prices and quality work.
