DESPITE there being several reports Kim Kardashian is dating a real estate investor, the fashion mogul is still allegedly single.
A source has exclusively claimed to The U.S. Sun that despite there being reports of Kim dating somebody – she is not.

Not only is Kim still single and not dating a real estate investor, as reported earlier this month, but also the romance rumors are supposedly fabricated to make her seem “more desirable,” claims an insider.
The source explained how Kim and her alleged lover “have never been seen in restaurants or out and about,” with the rumors “made up” by Kim and her mom, Kris Jenner.
“There are reports Kim is ‘privately dating a real estate investor.’ Just like Khloe was also ‘privately dating a businessman’ a year back or so,” the source explained to The U.S. Sun.
“They have never been seen in restaurants or out and about.
“Kim and Kris just spread the word to make it seem like it’s not ‘poor Kim, why won’t anyone date her,’” the insider continued to allege.
The source then claimed, “Kim does not have a boyfriend – but Kris doesn’t want it to look like men don’t want to date her.”
A rep for Kim did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
NEW MAN?
This comes after it was reported last week that Kim is dating somebody new.
Page Six reported that the SKIMS founder “isn’t in a committed relationship” but is “dating somebody new.”
The outlet reported that a source claimed: “[Kardashian] is dating a few people at the moment.
“She met the entrepreneur through mutual friends.”
The source also spilled to the outlet that Kim’s alleged lover “is not the first person she’s dated since her split from Odell.”
KIM AND ODELL’S FLING ‘FIZZLED OUT’
Kim split from NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. eight months ago when it was reported that their fling had “fizzled out.”
The SKIMS founder was previously married to Kanye West, whom she shares her four children with.
Kim and Ye met in 2000, became friends in 2008 and began dating in 2012.

Kim then filed for divorce from the rapper in February 2021, citing a “difference of opinion” in the papers.
The divorce was finalized in November 2022 and Kanye moved on instantly with Bianca Censori, an Australian model and architect employed by his company YEEZY.
‘FABRICATED ROMANCE RUMORS’?
As per the source, who claims that the rumors of Kim dating again are fabricated, they also touched upon how Khloe Kardashian was reported to be dating a private equity investor back in 2022.
According to People in June 2022, the Good American cofounder met the private equity investor at a party and was introduced to him by Kim.
The outlet added that at the time, Khloe was “feeling really good with her new mystery man.”
The source seemingly drew comparison between Khloe’s rumored mystery man in 2022, to Kim’s now rumored dating situation earlier this month.
