Innovation Has No Borders: Maureen Lepatan’s Strategy for Building Brands

Maureen “Reen” Lepatan brings a multidisciplinary background to her executive role. As the Head of Global Innovation at Renzaire Group, she leads four verticals in tech, fashion, legal, and event planning, which help professionals reclaim their time and scale through automation. As an executive in the U.S., Reen Lepatan’s work bridges industries from around the world with purposeful systems and AI tools.

Her leadership at Renzaire extends to Captigage, marketing and consulting business; Strathwell, an events planning and automation platform; Verdicta, a legal tech and notary business; and Reenique, an AI-powered monochrome fashion brand. Her work focuses on simplifying business workflows and building scalable systems for professionals.

From the Runway to Strategy

Her career began in fashion, where she spent six years modeling across Asia. That work in an image-based industry shaped her sharp eye for compelling brand identity and presentation. In her later role as a digital strategist in Singapore, she began to experiment with visual storytelling.

Before founding Renzaire, Lepatan was a strategic analyst at McKinsey & Company. That experience shaped her data-first approach to branding and AI-driven strategy. It’s also what helps her influence as a creative consultant for professionals like doctors, lawyers, or founders who need clarity in a digital marketplace.

Founder Institute: Where Vision Meets Global Scale

Maureen Lepatan was accepted into the Fall Cohort of the Founder Institute Boston, part of the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator headquartered in Silicon Valley. The program supports early-stage founders with world-class mentorship, structure, and a global network spanning over 60 countries and 200 cities.

Since its founding in 2009, the Founder Institute has helped launch over 7,500 technology startups including Udemy, Esusu, and Lily AI with a combined portfolio valuation exceeding $35 billion.

Her participation in the Founder Institute connects her to an elite global network of founders, mentors, and investors, giving her access to Silicon Valley’s ecosystem and early-stage venture support. It also reinforces her mission to blend human creativity and intelligent automation to build ventures that transcend geography and industry barriers.

Global Expansion and Networks

Lepatan is a present-day inventor in addition to her strategic and design work. She recently submitted a U.S. patent application for a modular AI-powered system that uses predictive orchestration to expedite event planning workflows. Based on her experience in all of Renzaire’s verticals, the system incorporates aspects of automation, real estate optimisation, and data science.

Now, with a London-based subsidiary, Lepatan continues to expand her work in innovation and design by localizing U.S. frameworks for international markets. The company’s UK presence supports its region-specific campaigns and expands its consulting partnerships.

Lepatan’s leadership has earned her recognition as a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, where she has led content campaigns viewed by over one million users. She was mentored by leaders from Google, Meta, and MIT, who helped make the project possible. As an alumna of Oxford, her networks span elite institutions, including Stanford and Google.

Social Media Influence

Her Instagram platform has grown to over 200,000 followers, where she shares career strategies, workshops for business leaders, and behind-the-scenes content from her consulting projects. She also serves as the Social Media Lead for the Oxbridge Society of New England, where she drives online engagement among global scholars and alumni. As a public speaker and author of Redefine Alive, she shares her personal experiences and the journey it took to be in her current position.

Leading With Purpose: Maureen Lepatan’s Vision for the Future

As a Southeast Asian female founder and woman in tech and innovation, Lepatan’s work is rooted in advocacy. She focuses on empowering women in business by creating tools that support their growth. Her systems aren’t just designed for those who have already made it; they’re for the resilient people who need reach and functionality to go even further.

Lepatan plans to expand Renzaire to new markets in the future. She hopes to launch mentorship programs across Southeast Asia while continuing to shape global branding strategies that prioritize clarity and scale.

Whether she’s advising clients in Boston, building partnerships in London, or speaking at summits in Singapore, Maureen “Reen” Lepatan’s mission stays the same: to build innovation that has no borders and to make it work for people who often feel left out of the benefits. Her work proves that branding, strategy, and inclusivity aren’t separate paths; they’re all tools for transformation that are better used together.
