FANS have been left convinced that the Super Bowl will be played out between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
A returning conspiracy theory regarding the Super Bowl logo has caused plenty of chatter online.

The wild theory has seen fans suggest that teams that wear the colors featured on the Super Bowl logo will reach the showpiece game.
It first gained traction in 2022, when the Los Angeles Rams played the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium.
The following year the colors corresponded again, as the Chiefs narrowly overcame the Eagles 38-35 in Glendale, Arizona.
Last year it appeared that the myth had been debunked, when the logo colors suggested that the Baltimore Ravens would make the Super Bowl, only for the Chiefs to battle the San Francisco 49ers.
This year’s logo features the Chiefs’ red and Eagles’ green – on a background of Ravens purple.
With the Ravens having been narrowly beaten 27-25 by the Buffalo Bills, subscribers to the wacky theory were left feeling confident of a Chiefs-Eagles Super Bowl.
One wrote on social media, “looks like we getting Eagles x Chiefs rematch.”
While a second claimed, “Only the Eagles have green so that leaves KC for the red being their prime color.”
The NFL has rubbished the wild theory.
This year’s logo was in fact produced with the event’s host city in mind.
Super Bowl 59 is set to be played at New Orleans’ Superdome.
This will be the venue’s eighth Super Bowl, and first since 2013.
Last time out in the Big Easy, Joe Flacco‘s Ravens defeated the 49ers in front of more than 70,000 fans.
This year’s red and green design with gold trim on a purple background is a nod to Mardi Gras.

The Chiefs and the Eagles are two of four teams that remain in Super Bowl contention.
The former defeated the Houston Texans 23-14 to book a Conference Championship clash with the Buffalo Bills.
Meanwhile, the Eagles beat the Rams 28-22 to book their own place in the final four.
They will meet the Washington Commanders, who upset the first seed Detroit Lions 45-31.
The games are set to take place this Sunday.
