Ramsay, 58, met Glenn Mistich from the Gourmet Butcher Block to learn about the Turducken.
The Turducken was created in 1990 and brought to light by NFL legend John Madden.
The recipe is made up of a turkey stuffed with a duck, which is also stuffed with a chicken.
It is cooked in the oven for five hours at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ramsay was left amazed by the dish as he reacted to it once it came out of the oven.
He said: “God bless John, incredible.
“Oh my goodness, it is like magic. Now I know why John went crazy for this.
“F**k me, it is delicious.”
The video was shared on social media and fans loved watching the collaboration.
One posted: “Only a matter of time before this collab would happen.
‘Feels like one of the segments from one of Gordon’s former shows.”
A second wrote: “This deserves more attention!”
A third commented: “Thank you for bringing this to light.”
A fourth said: “Gordon Ramsey making a turducken in honor of John Madden feeds my soul.”
Fox also made a special Super Bowl announcement live on the Thanksgiving pregame show.
The performers for this year’s NFL showpiece game alongside halftime act Kendrick Lamar were all confirmed.
The broadcaster revealed that Jon Batiste has the honour of performing the national anthem.
Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle will sing America the Beautiful just before Batiste takes to the stage.
Meanwhile, Good Morning Football made a major change to their broadcast for Thanksgiving.
Kyle Brandt, Peter Schrager, Jamie Erdahl and Akbar Gbajabiamila all broadcast from the comfort of their own homes.
