SAM’S Club continues to come under fire from some who feel as if they are being penalized by one of the retailer’s policies.
Customers have blasted the Costco rival over its delivery processes.

And it has prompted furious members, who have used Sam’s Club for decades, to urge the chain to “do better.”
Shoppers who have a Sam’s Club Plus membership can get same-day or next-day delivery for free if they spend over $50.
Otherwise, Plus members must pay an extra $8, while those with a basic Club subscription must fork out $12.
But, one shopper appears less than impressed by the policy.
“I will be using Amazon,” they scoffed.
“Zero reason to penalize Plus members.”
They pointed out that a similar policy hadn’t been rolled out at Costco warehouses.
Sam’s Club did not respond to the customer’s frustrations.

Free shipping on orders over $50 is one of the most attractive perks of the deal.
Shoppers can also take advantage of free curbside pickup, according to the retailer.
Curbside pickup is a service that allows shoppers to place orders from the comfort of their homes and deliver them to their cars.
But, it is something that has caused fury among some members.

The retailer was forced to apologize after a shopper encountered a less-than-ideal experience when taking advantage of the option.
One customer documented how there was a wait time of 90 minutes.
They decided to get the item from inside the store rather than wait for it.
Others complained about how they were met with a two-hour wait time.
Sam’s Club Plus members can also get money off standard memberships for family members.
A normal Sam’s Club membership costs $50 each.
But, despite shoppers’ gripes about certain services, Sam’s Club has been hailed for the new technologies it has rolled out.
