Deaf woman killed, husband injured after being mauled by dogs in their Missouri backyard: ‘Absolute tragedy’

Responding officers pepper sprayed the dogs and pulled the woman – who was barely conscious and heavily bleeding – inside the home and rendered aid before she was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she died.
