I recently made a purchased on line. I got the items and I didn’t like them, it took me almost a month in a half to get a authorized return number to return the items. I sent numerous emails and called the store numerous times. I still haven’t gotten my refund and the service sucks!!! I would not recommend anyone to this store. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my days of shopping! Shop at your own risk when making a purchase from this store!!! I strongly advise against it.

Hello, I used the online store to get my marquise solitare. I am very happy with the ring. I will buy more jewelry from them in the future. When I go buy Texas in june I plan on stopping in Irving to see the store. Thanks Happy Customer
