A man was repeatedly stabbed and killed on a Harlem street early Saturday morning during an argument with five men, police said.
Officers responding to a 911 call of an assault found the 33-year-old victim with multiple stab wounds to his back on Frederick Douglass Blvd. near W. 141 St. at around 5:30 a.m.
Medics rushed the man to NYC Health + Hospitals/ Harlem where he was pronounced dead.
Cops said the victim had been involved in a dispute with a group of five men before the violence erupted. It was not immediately clear what the squabble was about.
The five suspects took off headed north on Frederick Douglass Blvd. and remain on the lam.
The investigation remained underway Saturday afternoon.
