RUN AWAY. THERE ARE OTHER BUS RENTALS TO USE. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR SERVICE. I was quoted one price and charge a couple hundred more. Bus driver had written and verbal instructions to and from locations which included 2 stops and the way there and 2 stops on the return. Driver skipped one of the stops on the way there which made a handful of people late for our wedding. They ended up driving themselves there. After discussing this with the driver, I had called headquarters immediately after the ceremony (yes really, was dealing with this literally right afterwards before dinner), they said they would take care of it and call me back. No call was ever returned that night… or ever. While leaving the event heading back, the bus driver asked the first few people sitting upfront for directions. Not joking. After the night, I had tried calling Prompt Charters as well as emailing numerous times with no responses to either about the extra charge and the mishap on directions. Ever hear of a GPS system?? Or even pay attention to directions when they were just handed over to you?? Extremely disappointed and would caution any future customer to make sure all areas are covered in detail, crossing t’s and dotting i’s. *EDIT – Was able to get on the phone with someone about the matter and was told I would get a return call to handle everything. 2 weeks have gone by. Sent an email, their response was to remove the negative feedback, then we’ll deal with this. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE GOING HERE.

The driver was very professional and courteous to the entire party we had on board. We had a great time the entire trip and we satisfied with our trip.
