Naperville Police Arrests for Sept. 24-27

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

A 20-year-old man from Addison was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 12:37 a.m. Sept. 24 at South Naper Boulevard and Huntleigh Drive.
A 51-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of improper lighting, improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 10:55 p.m. Sept. 25 at Aurora Avenue and South West Street.
A 75-year-old man from Maple Park was arrested on charges of aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon and possession of a concealed firearm at 9:12 a.m. Sept. 26 at West Diehl Road and Bond Street.
A 23-year-old man from Yorkville was arrested on two counts of violation of a stalking/no contact order at 9:15 a.m. Sept. 26 in the 37W700 block of Route 38 in St. Charles.
A 32-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and attempted battery at 11:41 a.m. Sept. 26 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
A 31-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of driving on a suspended license at 9:02 p.m. Sept. 26 at Clyde Drive and West 75th Street.
A 49-year-old man from Oswego was arrested on charges of speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:10 a.m. Sept. 27 at West 75th Street and Beebe Drive.
A 35-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was arrested on two warrants at 6:44 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 800 block of South River Road.
A 42-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on two warrants and on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 10:16 p.m. Sept. 27 at West Ogden Avenue and Aurora Avenue.
An 18-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of street racing, reckless driving and speeding 35 miles per hour over the limit at 10:37 p.m. Sept. 27 at Route 59 and Montgomery Road in Aurora.
