Muscles In Motion is a private personal training studio in downtown Lake Oswego that provides, by appointment-only, one-on-one training sessions. 30-minutes is all you need to help you feel your best! This is not a membership club, and there are no monthly or maintenance fees. You only pay for the sessions you use. We utilize a high-intensity, low-force training technique, in order to achieve a safe, effective, whole body exercise experience. Get in, get out, and enjoy your life!

If you want a REAL workout, visit Matt and Diana! I had no idea I could become so sore after a 30-minute workout session! They helped me understand how to properly lift, fixed my technique, and get in great shape. Way better than any regular gym out there!

I have had a membership at 24hour fitness for years. I tried out Muscles in Motion for 1 month and immediately canceled my membership to 24 and signed up with Muscles in Motion for two work outs a week! I am a fairly fit person, but want to get back in the shape that I was when I was in my late 20s. At Muscles in Motion I can actually do that. Matt is my personal trainer and he pushes me every week to better achieve my goals. I can’t slack off, I can’t take a day off. every week Matt is pushing me to my personal limits. On top of that Matt’s style of low weight, low speed is KILLER. I am so used to heavy lifting, where the goal is to do the most weight for 8 reps. With Matt, its not about the most weight possible, its about building muscle in a way that is healthy for my body. You might think it is crazy but try it out and you will be amazed how hard Matt can work you with a 15 pound weight! On top of the accountability and great training, the facility is state-of-the-art. Top of the line, clean equipment that you get all to your self. Seriously if you want to take the weight off and get back in shape you have to go to Musicles in Motion. If you want to be part of a big box gym with a membership that you use once every six weeks and doesn’t push you to loose the weight THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Muscles in Motion is not the place for new years’ resolutions or “this time I can do it,” Muscles in Motion is a place for a LIFE STYLE CHANGE!
