Never do business with this place. Very dishonest & they think everything is a joke. I took my engagement ring there to have it fixed & they ruined it! What I had to go through to get it back was very uncalled for.

I went to J & J Fine Jewelry this week after several pieces of jewelry were stolen from my house. I did file a police report & they also suggested I show pictures of my lost jewelry to area jewelers too. The owner, Mr. Kohn was so mean and nasty to me. He had a friend in the store with him that got up and walked away it was so bad. He was heartless and told me he didn’t want to be bothered with these types of things or people such as me and to leave the store. He said that he followed all police procedures when buying jewelry and I had no right to come in to his store. I told him I didn’t know how this worked and I started to cry & say that I didn’t understand what I was doing wrong.He yelled at me and told me he didn’t want to be bothered with people such as me and to get out of his store. He was horrible, heartless and I want everyone to know what a mean, nasty man he is. I don’t even want to give this one star but it won’t let me post if I dont.
