the association is rubbish, the directors feel the owners of all and the worst is that we are the ones we bring money each month, they spend doing absurd rules at your convenience so if you plan to buy here think again.

Absolutely agree. They invent new rules all the time, than charge people extra money.Like example : pool passes . if you don’t receive it before deadline they charge you 50 bucks for each!Good association has to send it to my home! Or if you don’t give the private information-they charge you 100 bucks. I think it is a way to make extra money from air!!!
