This company “price fixes” to unsuspecting customers. This company and the companies listed below are owned by Raymond Applebaum. Why does someone own eight companies that do the same type of work , operate in the same counties , and bid against each other ? Easy by flooding the advertising media outlets with adds from all his companies he increases phone calls for estimates. After a sales person meets with the customer the information is given to Raymond Applebaum who than sends that customer four or five bids from his other companies. By doing this he is able to artificially inflate bid prices to the unsuspecting customer. You can visit the Florida incorporation website and look up these companies by name going back to 1995. You will find Raymond Applebaum’s name along with several other registered agents names used more than once for his companies.
