SlowUp is actually a series of car-free events taking place across Switzerland, each one highlighting a different region. We joined the SlowUp day at Bodensee and cycled streets in the canton of Thurgau, Switzerland’s apple country 🍎, with Lake Constance as our backdrop. Along the way: local apples and berries, live music, beautiful views and plenty of reasons to slow down. On the Sentier Viticole wine trail, joie de vivre, indulgence, and wine culture come together. In the fall, the vineyards are at their most beautiful. While the leaves glow in shades of yellow, copper, and red, the sun is still strong enough to bathe the slopes above the Rhône Valley in warm light.
