Scratch Kitchen (SK) 1st opened in 2014 by Brian Chan (of Restaurant Epic & Little Village Noodle House) in Chinatown & then moved to Ward Village, South Shore Marketplace, Kakaako in 2017. It was subsequently sold in 2019 to Gary Chen, who also has some ownership of certain Stix Asia restaurants in Waikiki.
