An explosion at a home in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset District led to a three-alarm fire on the 1700 block of 22nd Avenue. The incident left two people injured. According to San Francisco Fire Department, the fire has now been contained. One civilian is seriously injured and a firefighter had minor injuries but is in stable condition.
