Fitness Results opened in 1994 with a simple premise: to enable people who are interested in long term results to attain their individual fitness goals. From the beginning, we’ve emphasized results. We know from personal experience that permanent results can only be achieved by giving people the knowledge and training they need to make their own choices. As Lance McCullough, founder of Fitness Results, puts it, “It’s all about choice.” You are never left on your own. Your workout – whether in the gym, at boot camp, or online – is always supervised by a qualified trainer who monitors your form (to be sure you are getting the maximum benefit from each exercise) and fatigue factor (so you don’t inadvertently over-train). You are given information about nutrition and body mechanics. Permanent results are only possible if you make good choices about nutrition and body mechanics. We provide you with objective, scientifically-proven information to help you understand the implications of your choices. We don’t forbid you eat certain foods or require you to train a specific way. Instead we explain the implications of the choices you make. You control how long you continue with Fitness Results. There are no initiation fees, no membership requirements, no monthly fees and no long-term commitments. You pay for the services you want on an as-you-go basis.

If you’re looking to make some real changes- this place is perfect! The atmosphere is nice with dim lighting. Very clean also! Great, flexible schedules! I just began training with Iggy and he is AMAZING! Every week is a different type of work out and so we work out all different parts of the body. Really challenges my work out and pushes me to take it to that extra step I would not normally do on my own. Very personable, supportive, and motivating. I always leave with positive vibes- deff recommend!
