Found the owner of this place thru Craigs List to buy the estate I am trustee for. He purchased the estate. Signed a contract and agreed upon a payment plan. He decided to back out of the contract after missing 2 agreed upon payments. I had to obtain a lawyer to get him to return my things. Once things had been returned, not all could be accounted for. Some things he said he never got. I went into the store and there they were! Very dishonest and awful business practices. If you are selling your estate, beware of him. Get all the money up front. I would not even rate him with one star, but it is the only way to publish this!
